Transcripts and summaries of Meet, Zoom and Teams calls

About

Tactiq transcribes Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls and writes summaries and action items from them. Your meetings can be searched by keyword, participant or date, and come back as transcript moments with speaker and timestamp, summaries or full transcripts.

What you get depends on the plan, and Tactiq's own pages disagree about it. Its help article says Free and Pro can search and list meetings, with summaries and full transcripts from Team up. Its pricing page puts the server, in beta, on Business ($29.17 a user a month billed annually) and Enterprise only.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Connector?
A Connector is a remote MCP server that a third party runs and Marvin Labs knows how to reach. Marvin Labs supplies the endpoint and the setup; you bring your own Tactiq account. Once added, AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents call its tools when a question needs them, and the answer shows which tool was called and what it returned.
Does the Tactiq Connector require authentication?
Yes. Adding Tactiq opens its sign-in window, where you approve access with your own Tactiq account. Marvin Labs never sees your password; Tactiq issues a token you can revoke on its side at any time.
Does Tactiq change how financial data is sourced?
No. When a question can be answered from the filings, earnings calls, and press releases Marvin Labs ingests through Automated Data Import, it answers from those. Tactiq is used only when a question needs data those documents do not carry, and the answer attributes that output to it.
Where is Tactiq available?
In both AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents. Its tools stay out of the model's context until a request needs one, so an unused Connector takes up no context window.
