BlackRock (BLK)

Lists the forward-looking commitments still in force, and how each one has been restated from first mention to now. Metric targets whose period has not ended, and events whose window has not closed. Outcomes are not scored. Optionally scope to one earnings period to see only the guidance that print issued or updated, flagged new or restated. For the scored record, run Guidance Track Record. For the commitments a print put to the test, run Guidance Due at Earnings.

Scores closed guidance against what actually happened, over the last five reporting cycles by default. Metric targets are labeled beat, met, or missed. Events are labeled occurred, delayed, pending, or cancelled. Pending means the window is still open at the as-of date and does not count against accuracy. Results roll up into accuracy and discipline scores. This is the historical record, not the live guide. For commitments still in force, run Current Guidance. For one earnings print, run Guidance Due at Earnings.

Scores the commitments that came due at one earnings release: prior targets this print put to the test, not the guidance this print issued. Metric targets are labeled beat, met, or missed. Events are labeled occurred, delayed, pending, or cancelled. Verdicts are as of the release date, and a fourth-quarter print tests the full-year guide it reports against. Defaults to the most recent reported earnings. For the new guide issued at that print, run Current Guidance scoped to the period. For the multi-year record, run Guidance Track Record.
