About

GuruFocus tracks the holdings and trades of more than 17,000 institutional investors, insider buying and selling, and fundamentals and valuations for over 60,000 companies in nine regions, with financial history back to 1978. It also publishes two scores of its own: GF Value, a fair value estimate, and GF Score, a 0 to 100 rating built from value, growth, profitability, financial strength and momentum. Segment revenue, dividends, ETF data and quarterly fund letters are included as well.

Use it to see which well-known investors hold a company and whether its insiders have been buying, alongside what the filings say. GuruFocus notes that some tools depend on your plan.

You need a GuruFocus API token. Every GuruFocus account comes with 100 to 2,000 calls a month, depending on membership. The Builder plan, $200 a month billed annually, lifts the limit for U.S. stocks; other regions cost extra. Click Add and paste the token. It is encrypted before it is stored and never shown again.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Connector?
A Connector is a remote MCP server that a third party runs and Marvin Labs knows how to reach. Marvin Labs supplies the endpoint and the setup; you bring your own GuruFocus account. Once added, AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents call its tools when a question needs them, and the answer shows which tool was called and what it returned.
Does the GuruFocus Connector require authentication?
Yes. GuruFocus issues an API token for your account, which you enter when adding the Connector. It is encrypted before it is stored and never shown again.
Does GuruFocus change how financial data is sourced?
No. When a question can be answered from the filings, earnings calls, and press releases Marvin Labs ingests through Automated Data Import, it answers from those. GuruFocus is used only when a question needs data those documents do not carry, and the answer attributes that output to it.
Where is GuruFocus available?
In both AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents. Its tools stay out of the model's context until a request needs one, so an unused Connector takes up no context window.
