About

FinancialReports holds some 39 million regulatory filings from 89,000 companies across 60 markets, 32 of them in Europe, with standardized financials extracted on one taxonomy for all of them. It is the filing coverage outside the SEC: a European, Asian or Australian issuer's reports and statements where a US-centric set has nothing.

MCP access is free for any account and read-only. You need a free FinancialReports account; click Add and sign in when the window opens. There is no API key to copy.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Connector?
A Connector is a remote MCP server that a third party runs and Marvin Labs knows how to reach. Marvin Labs supplies the endpoint and the setup; you bring your own FinancialReports account. Once added, AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents call its tools when a question needs them, and the answer shows which tool was called and what it returned.
Does the FinancialReports Connector require authentication?
Yes. Adding FinancialReports opens its sign-in window, where you approve access with your own FinancialReports account. Marvin Labs never sees your password; FinancialReports issues a token you can revoke on its side at any time.
Does FinancialReports change how financial data is sourced?
No. When a question can be answered from the filings, earnings calls, and press releases Marvin Labs ingests through Automated Data Import, it answers from those. FinancialReports is used only when a question needs data those documents do not carry, and the answer attributes that output to it.
Where is FinancialReports available?
In both AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents. Its tools stay out of the model's context until a request needs one, so an unused Connector takes up no context window.
