About

Equibles works from US filings. It searches the full text of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F and 6-K filings back to 2000, and carries earnings call transcripts with speaker labels and extracted guidance, KPIs, non-GAAP figures and segment revenue taken from the filings, 13F holdings, Form 3, 4, 5 and 144 insider activity, and House and Senate trading disclosures. Short interest, daily prices, FRED series, CFTC positioning and VIX data are included too.

What it adds here is the congressional trading, insider sentiment and short-squeeze data, next to the filings Marvin Labs already reads. The project is open source, with the server on GitHub.

The free plan allows 100 requests a day across MCP and the REST API, no card needed. Plus is $9.99 a month for 10,000 a day and Pro $49.99 for 100,000. Click Add and sign in with Equibles when the window opens. To use an eq_ API key instead, add the server by hand with the key as a bearer token under Authentication._

Frequently asked questions

What is a Connector?
A Connector is a remote MCP server that a third party runs and Marvin Labs knows how to reach. Marvin Labs supplies the endpoint and the setup; you bring your own Equibles account. Once added, AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents call its tools when a question needs them, and the answer shows which tool was called and what it returned.
Does the Equibles Connector require authentication?
Yes. Adding Equibles opens its sign-in window, where you approve access with your own Equibles account. Marvin Labs never sees your password; Equibles issues a token you can revoke on its side at any time.
Does Equibles change how financial data is sourced?
No. When a question can be answered from the filings, earnings calls, and press releases Marvin Labs ingests through Automated Data Import, it answers from those. Equibles is used only when a question needs data those documents do not carry, and the answer attributes that output to it.
Where is Equibles available?
In both AI Analyst Chat and Deep Research Agents. Its tools stay out of the model's context until a request needs one, so an unused Connector takes up no context window.
